What is she thinking about?  Lately, she's been doing this and then all of a sudden starts asking questions.  Like, "I was just thinking about the gray and brown animal we were talking about".  I made a mistake and told her about mosquitos.   I was just telling her to hurry into the car so the mosquitos wouldn't get us.  Well that got her thinking and asking tons of concerned questions.  Last night she asked about heaven.  That was a great question.  And it finally hit me that she is 4 now and really starting to think about the things she is learning at church.  This morning I showed her in the Bible some things about heaven.  She had lots of good questions, like, "How long before we go?"  "Will there be snacks there?"   How does Jesus get there?  A ladder?"
