Although he still looks sad, he doesn't look as bad as the last post.  I just had to put something better up.  We're improving here.  Morgen went back to school today and the boys are looking much better.  This is a picture of Waldo, I mean Ethan with his favorite blankie.  He loves it!  It was given to Morgen when she was born by Aunt Linda, but no one has attached to it until Ethan.  I need to video him when he gets it to go to bed.  He gets so excited.  

Hot Dog Party...

What are we celebrating, you ask?  

Well, Sunday Ethan came down with Pink Eye and then yesterday Eric came home with Pink Eye and this morning Morgen woke up with gunk and watery eyes, so I kept her home from school.  It wasn't long before her eyes cleared up and they've been fine all day.  D'oh!  Of course, if I had sent her to school, I would have dropped her off and then been called that she had Pink Eye.  So...even though she appears to be fine now, she is still missing the big HOT DOG PARTY at school celebrating all the Box Tops submitted by the K-4 class!  Well, I decided to have our own HOT DOG PARTY!  Ethan still doesn't look so good, and of course I didn't take a picture of Eric, but hopefully we are keeping our germs to ourselves today!  I had to do something today to keep us from going crazy.  Everyone is getting bored and tired of not being able to go see our friends for the past 5 days!  : (  This too shall pass and we hope spring is coming soon (especially Eric)!!!! 

Next...

Last weekend, my sister Jess got engaged to a great guy Luke.  He just happens to be the cousin of my new sister-n-law, Meg.  Luke and Jess met at Jake and Meg's wedding last summer and the rest is history.  They are planning a May 30, 2009 wedding in Minneapolis.  Whoo-hoo!  Congratulations to them!  I'm so excited!

Spirit Week

Last week was Spirit Week at school.  Morgen really enjoyed jammie day!!  

Here she is with some of her classmates!  They even got to read stories in a huge tent set up in the room during the day-- complete with blankies and flashlights!
